The staff was incredibly helpful when I was ordering my glasses. She gave honest advice on lens options and clearly explained what my insurance would cover. Dr. Melissa was amazing! Very professional, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. Also really appreciated the text notification when my contact lenses were ready! Super efficient and convenient. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for a long time, the service is beyond exceptional. First, the doctor is so welcoming and warm, I never have to feel nervous about getting anything done. Before coming to get my eyes checked here, I went to a JINS, and the comparison of the prescription and lenses I got at Clever Vision are 1,000,000 times better. They speak 中文 and english both fluently and easy to understand, there is never a language barrier. Throughout my years I’ve changed my insurance many times and they’ve always accepted it. The exams are fun and don’t take much time, however I never feel rushed, and the doctor is very thorough and insures everything is accurate and perfect before I’m done. When picking out new frames, the people there never rush and give advice on what will fit, and what won’t. And they make sure the frames fit and are adjusted correctly to sit on my face. If you’re looking for a new regular eye doctor, I couldn’t recommend this place enough, you seriously won’t regret it.
