DR. Bordner and his staff are very friendly. He takes care of my kids' eye care for two years now. He is knowledgable, professional and prompt to patient's needs. He always takes time to explain things thoroughly and gives different options for patients. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone who is looking for high quality eye care in this area.

I had a great experience at Coal Mountain Eye Care for my first appointment. The testing was very thorough, and Dr. Kuck was excellent he explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand and really made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help me see better again. The eye tech, Chloe, was kind and helped make the eye exam run efficient and smooth which made the whole visit even more comfortable. The optician, Patty, was also incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right frames and even offered to order exactly what I needed. Overall, such a positive experience from start to finish I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the moment I called, Patti and everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They got me in quickly, listened carefully to my symptoms, and never made me feel like I was overreacting. Dr. Bordner and the entire team were thorough, reassuring, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening. I came in thinking I had a simple irritation from sleeping in my contact lens. Instead, they discovered a serious eye infection that needed immediate treatment. Needless to say, I am extremely grateful I didn’t decide to “wait a few more days.” The staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring. The appointment moved efficiently without ever feeling rushed, which is a rare combination these days. And while hearing the words “microorganisms eating at your eye” is not exactly on anyone’s bucket list, I appreciated the honesty and urgency that got me the treatment I needed. If you’re looking for an eye care team that is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and truly puts patients first, I highly recommend this practice. They turned a very scary situation into one that felt manageable, and for that, I am incredibly thankful.❤️

I’m so greatful to find this place! Dr.Bordner takes the time to explain things in a way that is understandable. The staff are awesome . They know what they are doing!! Making an appointment was painless, got in right away, so many beautiful frames, options, and contacts too. The office manager Patti made me feel right at home. This is my new eye doctor “home”.
