Another great experience. I'm three for three today. I was new to this business also. So, I showed up early to allow for paperwork. And to have insurance benefits confirmed. So I'm an hour early. And instead of making me wait they took me to the exam room and promptly do what professionals do best. The staff are friendly and thorough. I suspect there are no mistakes made at this office. They are that good . And the examining doctor!!!! She is so friendly , comforting , informative and professional. If you need an eye exam or any service pertaining to vision. I highly recommend this place. Plenty of parking and plenty of seats for customers.

I went to coastal bend eye center 2 months ago and they did not make my glasses correctly so I took them in . They said it would take three weeks for them to get back and here it’s almost two months and and still have no glasses. When I go and ask if they are in they give me ugly looks and be rude as can be. When I call she says there still not ready. They must them up three times . When I asked if I could get some kind of compensation they said no refund no compensation. When they ask me for my money I didn’t hesitate. All I’m saying is how long does a person really have to wait. I think I’ve been more than patient with them. I would not recommend them at all .

Had my yearly eye exam today at Coastal Bend Eye Beeville, Texas. Great friendly professional staff who got me in and out in a timely matter. I definitely will be keeping them as my preferred choice for eye care!

I had a good experience. I did have to wait awhile but it’s not unexpected at an office of any kind unfortunately. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my glasses didn’t even last a year, one of the “legs” or “arms” of the glasses broke off and all I did was remove them to adjust the position on my head, wasn’t aggressive at all, there was no reason they should have broke just by taking them off my head. Now I’m back to my crooked old glasses and idk when I would be able to go in to get another pair considering I’ve gone back to work from leave and don’t really have time.

Had a great experience with Nancy Harrison, O.D.. She was able to find me the correct prescription for glasses and contacts. I will say that there was a long wait time. My appointment was at 8:15 a.m. and I didn't get the start of my initial exam until 8:40 a.m., but I think that was on scheduling more than the Optometrists fault. Exam room was very neat and clean. Waiting area was well organized. The staff was very friendly.
