They had frames I liked, but I called because my add on I got for my lenses was defective and came off by itself. And the lady was very rude about the whole situation. If I’d know the add ons would last less then a week I wouldn’t have got them. I will take my business to another Walmart vision center

The store has a great selection of frames…but let’s talk about Romie for a little bit!! The best customer service rep by far. She goes above and beyond! I will definitely be back and 110% recommend Romie, she s knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Romie you’re the BEST!!

Great customer service. Miranda was very nice and fast and treated me with great and positive attitude. Miranda was very helpful with offering me the insurance on my childrens glasses and made me very comfortable with my purchase. The other lady that was also there working was very nice and sweet. Conversated with me and gave me information about my glasses as well. I will be looking forward to always choosing walmart eye center in Beeville from now on. They were busy when we arrived but were acknowledged by everyone working. Romie helped us she was very helpful and thanked us for being patient. Glasses are very reasonable. They have inexpensive frames starting at around 9 dollars all the up to designer frames. They even have new nuance audio glasses. They are like hearing aid glasses.
