Dr. Harris and his entire team provide an outstanding experience every time I visit. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Dr. Harris takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly cares about his patients’ eye health. The office is efficient, organized, and you never feel rushed. I appreciate how thorough the exams are and how helpful the staff is when selecting glasses and answering questions. If you’re looking for an optometrist who combines expertise with excellent patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Harris and his wonderful team.

I have been coming to this place for about 4-5 years. While there is a little bit of the usual upsell of "recommended" services that you'll to pay for out of pocket, I was surprised in my last visit with an ultimatum that Dr. laid on the table. It pretty much came down to either I agree to an in office procedure on that day right there and then or I will no longer be a patient of the establishment. This caught me by surprise as nothing was mentioned when setting up the appointment that I am due for such and such procedure. It's baffled me that the Dr. expected to make a decision right there and then. In addition he refused my proposal to have the procedure done in the next visit. Mind you I am not under an urgent medical need to have this procedure done. It's disappointing, to say the least, that patients are treated in such manner.
