Cochise Eye & Laser

I called because it's been 4 years since I've had new glasses. They could not give me an appointment for another 7 months. It's my experience that when somebody calls an optometrist for new glasses it means they need them sooner than later. They are only open one day a week. I guess I'll be driving to Sierra Vista and visiting a competitor. Keep moving down your list.

Scheduled my appointment back in October for me and my wife and waited patiently for months because doc only comes every Wednesday. Got a call yesterday morning that he called in sick, I totally get that he's able to do so but the receptionist informed us and that they were booking into May. We waited 3 months and now we would have to wait another 4, no thank you. There was an option to call in for cancelations but we both work and who can do that. They lost my business.

I went to this office 2 days in a row and it was closed. No where on this website does it say it's only open on Wednesdays. No where on the door at the office does it say it's open 1 day a week. I had to call the sierra vista office to figure that out. My guess is they don't like money. I know they will not get any of mine.

I see all of these posts about Cochise eye and laser. I am a bensonite and I know how things work in our little town. Make your appointment at home.

Impossible to get an appointment and now I guess they are closing this office.
