Cohen Optical offers amazing service. I was taken care of by Estelle and Lismary. They were able to get me my glasses at a lower rate and same day. The offer fast and effective service
This is my second year going to Cohen optical. The place is great. Estelle helped me and she was so very helpful. She was very honest about when I was trying on glasses what works for me and what did not?Explained everything to me and will even will help me with the rebate which I had a problem with last year. I highly recommend going Cohen’s optical in patchogue!!!
Estelle went above and beyond to get glasses that fit me right, looked good, and worked well. She went through a lot of glasses and made sure it was perfect. The eye exams are also easy and quick and the doctors are nice.
MAJOR PROPS AND A HUGEEEEE THANK YOU TO THE INCREDIBLE TEAM AT THIS EYE CENTER!!!!! Estelle, Liz, Susan (sorry if I got this wrong, she did the eye exam) and the Dr himself..... ALLLL WONDERFUL. Not only did they give me the most wonderful recommendations about what looked good on me, they were so efficient, so nice, bent over backwards for me to get things done in time from my vacation. I will never go anywhere else for glasses! And I would give them 50 stars if I could!
The customer service at the Patchogue location is outstanding! I visited on May 5th and found the standard receipt a bit tough to cross-reference on my own. For any visual learners out there, I highly recommend asking for a full invoice breakdown or taking notes because it can get confusing if having a lot of factors at play. Fortunately, the salesperson Estelle was incredibly patient. She explained everything in person and then going over it a second time over the phone so I could write it down. The two ladies at the front desk were awesome with a welcoming energy. The optometrist assigned to me was very kind as well. 2 stars because of the confusion from the receipt. But this professional team made up for it.
