Sachem Eye Care of Patchouge is the best place to go to. All the staff and the doctor are all nice and polite and respectful and they will go through your exam with you if you have any question. Erin was a big help with me finding the right glasses and went through everything I can add on to my glasses thank you again.
What a great experience. Making the appointment was easy, they sent us forms ahead of time so there was less to do at the appointment time as first time clients. They worked with our insurance and had everything ready. I could tell Dr. Vanessa Eger read my form and knew why I was there. The eye exam was great. She took time and care to explain everything that was being done and why and listened to all my concerns and addressed everything I was worried about. I really thought she was awesome. I needed a slight prescription. This was my first time getting glasses and Erin at the front was a huge help. She showed me how my insurance worked and provided honest feedback while I tried pair after pair on. Overall this experience was great and affordable and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr eager was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The good doctor was easy to be around and has a caring nature I would not hesitate to recommend her.
I have been coming to Sachem Eye Care for years, and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff are kind and professional. The doctor takes the time to explain the tests and results. And I picked out a beautiful pair of stylish new glasses! I like that it’s a place where all my optical needs can be met during my visit.
