I needed to have glasses fabricated for my elderly father, who lives in an assisted living facility in Suffolk County L.I. My challenge was that I live a long distance away in another state. He immediately reassured me that he would accommodate and personally attend to my father's special needs, & transportation schedule. He went above & beyond to call the ophthalmologist to ensure he crafted exactly what the doctor deemed best for his condition. Gary, who runs the business day to day, supported Paul seamlessly by ensuring every detail we discussed was meticulously documented & communicated to his team.
