had a very disappointing experience at Visionworks. The staff member who assisted me had a clear attitude from the moment I approached the counter. They seemed annoyed, gave short responses, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions. When you go somewhere for eye care, you expect professionalism and basic courtesy. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a complete lack of willingness to help. It felt like they simply didn’t want to do their job. I hope management takes this seriously because customers deserve respect and proper assistance, especially in a healthcare-related setting.

Outstanding customer service. Front desk was very responsive and the eye doctor guided me through the examination process with patience and care. The person that helped me put my order together was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend everyone to try this location in our beautiful Patchogue location.

They are absolutely wonderful!! Everything, from being greeted upon entering, to always a short wait time, to the professionalism , kindness, kindness of everyone employed there, to them always putting the customer first, to ordering my glasses, to the fitting of my glasses, pricing and the short turn time to receive my glasses every time. They are the best of the best!!!!!

Dr. Castagnino is the best! She was professional and handled my eye emergency with great care. More than glasses she tested and reviewed my eyes before helping me make an appointment with a retinal specialist and making sure the specialist got all my test results. A real doctor who cares. If you need more than just glasses I recommend asking for her directly.
