I’m so glad I decided to visit this Cohen’s location today. Their space is beautiful with a wide selection of frames. I had the pleasure of working with Tisha. She was attentive, informative, and lovely. She helped me with my frames and it was ready SAME DAYYY! Her positivity and willingness to help me was beyond. I’ve found my home and favorite location for glasses!

I was visiting New York City and realized I had forgotten my contact lenses. After calling what felt like every optical shop in Manhattan with no luck, I happened to walk into Cohen’s Fashion Optical on 132 W. 57th Street—and I’m so glad I did. Isabel helped me and was unbelievably kind and positive. She checked their stock, found the exact contacts I needed, and even gave me a sample box to get me through the three days of my trip. She refused to let me pay and genuinely seemed happy to help. It was such a refreshing, generous experience—especially after so many places said “no.” I’ll absolutely stop by again when I’m back in the city, and I’d be happy to purchase sunglasses or prescription glasses from her. Isabel assisted me with placing my first contact lenses order. She allowed me to try on the different types of trial contacts to see which one was the best fit and she encouraged me to get the acuve oasys max lenses because they are the most up-to-date for that brand. I am so happy that I decided to go with them because they have truly been easy to use. Isabel made sure to call when my contact lenses arrived and she’s such a pleasure to speak to. She even helped me with my shoe that broke while I was on my way to pick up my lenses! Phenomenal customer service... Isabel is absolutely fantastic and so attentive with clientele. Great in-house optometrist, the showroom and office are always tidy, and they're very flexible with appointments. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Isabel was amazing in helping me choose the right frame for my face as well as getting me an eye appointment right on the spot! The process was smooth and efficient. She was also ready and willing to send a replacement pair asap when we thought mine were lost (they delivered them late). I will definitely purchase from her again!
