Dr. Johnson has been, by far, the most supportive and knowledgeable ophthalmologist I have had the pleasure of working with. He is patient, kind and super helpful. You are not just a number to him- it was obvious to me, especially after talking to some of his other patients in the waiting area, that he serves each of us with the intent to make you feel like his number one patient. He also has a pretty funny sense of humor, but is humble about it….he’s not just another subpar robotic doctor!

Decent doctor, decent service. Would give it a 4-5 star. It's maybe a little expensive, based on what my insurance was willing to pay. But I want to give it a 1 star cause it came with surprise costs a year and half after my actual visit. I had an appointment back in December 2022, another in June 2023, but I only find out about an outstanding balance of $240 from my previous two visits in May 2024 right before my upcoming appointment? They never notified me about any balance during my last visit and they never mailed me a bill - they have my address, it hasn't changed. I'm told they switched to a new billing service (now in-house) and decided to settle all accounts in April 2024 and "collect as much as they can." I'm also told that means that accounts will be sent to collections if necessary. So anyone who's gone to this doctor, you might want to be aware of possible outstanding balances, be proactive about paying it or be on the lookout for collections. Idk, you do you. Billing may be more straightforward in the future, but I cancelled my appointment and won't be going to this doctor anymore.
