Horrible, irresponsible and unprofessional office. I scheduled an appointment months ago, took the afternoon off from work today for my 2:45 PM appointment, and when I showed up at the office they told me they don’t take my insurance. Keep in mind that since I made my appointment months ago, they’ve called me to confirm my insurance and made me fill out pages of pages of forms listing my insurance along with a credit card authorization form to hold my appointment. What a waste of my time and afternoon along with $50 worth of Ubers to get to their office. I am extremely disappointed. FYI, their office is extremely dark and dingy and basically falling apart…don’t let the Park Ave address fool you.

Dr Thau and her staff go out of their way to make sure each patient gets the attention they need. Although the office is busy, we are never made to feel rushed. Highly recommend Dr Thau

Wow!! This is what I call a great doctor with fantastic service!! I was sitting in traffic and arrived at the office to my daughter's appointment more than 1/2 hour late. The next patient was about to arrive in 2 minutes. Dr Thau managed to push in the whole exam - she was working extremely fast and professional. She did a quick and thorough evaluation, then she dilated the eyes, and we went to the waiting room to wait. She then saw the patient after me, and after that, we went back into the room, where she completed the exam. I extremely appreciated her dedication. Thank you!!

Been going to this office since 2009 for diabetes related eye exams. I love the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the doctors at this practice. They’re all excellent doctors and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
