Excellent service! The test took about 10 minutes. I was able to get a great deal on my new frames and top quality lenses and replace the lenses in my old glasses. Ripu, the sales associate helping me was great. This has been the best service I’ve received at an eyewear store.
A $300 Glasses broke down in 4 days. Somewhat coercive language, behavior and demeanor throughout the whole purchasing process. I hope you find a better place than this for your glasses in nyc
I ordered two pairs of glasses from this Cohen's location in 2020 and had an extremely positive experience. Jeff is a really attentive optician and went above and beyond twice to find the frames I wanted. His staff are also extremely helpful and lovely. I first came to the store in early 2020 after my favorite frames broke. Jeff was able to track down the identical frames (even though I'd bought them from another store 5 years prior) and ordered them custom from the company. I found a second pair I planned to buy in March 2020 (recommended by a staff member as the perfect shape for my face - they were right!), but then the pandemic hit. When Cohen's reopened over the summer, I called Jeff to see if I could order the pair over the phone. He again made the extra effort to contact the company and locate the exact frames. Within about a week, he shipped the glasses to me via lightning-fast overnight FedEx, and they looked and felt great. I can't recommend this Cohen's location enough!
AMAZING! I came to this store for help after dealing with badly built glasses for so long. I was seeing double and my eyes hurt trying to adjust to the terrible lenses. Jeff helped me right away and did an amazing job! He was able to pinpoint the issue and helped fix my bad lenses in under two hours when no one else could help. I’m so happy with my new glasses and so grateful for Jeff and his team. They were all very helpful! Would definitely come back and would definitely recommend!!
This store and staff were awesome. They greeted me upon arrival - showed they really cared about my business. They had a wide selection for glasses and lens and offered to bring in more options if I was not happy. They even worked on the price to make it reasonable and really competitive. Thanks so much. I am happy with my new glasses!
