This is my second time going to Cohens and the service is second to none. The service is second to none. I came in with the intentions of getting one pair covered under my insurance, But after spending some time with Donna who was pretty patient and guided me I end up getting 4 pairs all different ones for different functions whether I am going to work or going out to hang out; she really took great care of me. Absolutely not going any place else. I love this place so much I often stop by to check on new styles and even if I am late she stays with me until I am finish browsing. Cohens good hire

Ms.Dana is the best assistant for you to make a right choice, very helpful, professional and has lots of patience while you make your decision. You get a new vision to the universe. i recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cohen's Fashion Optical while searching for my wedding eyewear! As a lifelong lover of fashion and design, especially when it comes to glasses, I had high expectations – and they were exceeded. Donna greeted me right away and expertly guided me through options, taking my personality and face shape into account. She found the perfect elegant and tasteful frames with a pop of color that beautifully complemented both me and my wedding gown. Since I needed the glasses shipped to my home before my destination wedding, store manager Jasmine stepped in and was incredible. She not only expedited the order but personally called me and tracked the delivery to make sure I received them on time. The entire process was professional and truly wonderful. Huge thanks to Donna and Jasmine for helping make my special day even more spectacular!

I would definitely recommend this store. I had a great experience thanks to the associate Ms.Donna, who helped me pick out my glasses. She was very thoughtful, patient, and took the time to help me find frames that fit me well and suited my face. Her recommendations were spot on, and I never felt rushed during the process. The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly, providing excellent customer service from start to finish. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Updated my lens to progressives. Took about 2weeks. But worth the wait. I love my glasses even more. Donna to the rescue....again. Thanks to her and her Team at 34th st Manhattan location for making this happen. Donna even gave me a bit of a tutorial on what to expect as I am new to progressive lens and assured me that I would easily adjust. Many many thanks again. 34th ST location is the spot to be when in need of glasses with satisfaction.
