Buying glasses has always been stressful for me since I was in elementary school. You’re picking something you’ll wear every single day, and somehow it never feels like an easy decision. Honestly, I’ve never had an experience that wasn’t stressful… until today. I had just broken my glasses, was running late for work, and was already having a really really bad day. The second I walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming that they completely turned my day around. The best part was when I was trying on different frames literally the entire staff gathered around to give their honest opinions and help me choose. They made me feel so comfortable and confident instead of overwhelmed. It honestly felt like I had a group of friends helping me pick out the perfect pair. They took the time to make sure I loved my choice and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I walked in stressed and expecting another frustrating experience, but I walked out with glasses I absolutely love and a huge smile on my face. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and care everyone showed me. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I am really grateful for Tasha here. She helped me tremendously as ive had to replace 2 pairs of lost glasses this year. The eye exam went smooth and the prices for the lenses were affordable. They have a really nice selection and are super helpful! Id recommend this location.

BEWARE- THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. The man at the counter insisted I had to get special lenses for $160 extra because my daughter chose frameless glasses. It seemed off but I said Ok even though last year I didn’t have to pay extra. After I left I put the prescription and situation into AI and it said the special lenses weren’t necessary, just an unnecessary expense. I went back, got a refund but kept the order with standard lenses. Just picked up the glasses and they are fine with regular lenses. SCAMMERS!

I had a wonderful experience at Cohen Eye Optical! The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help get my 8-year-old daughter’s glasses ready in a very short timeframe. They were kind, patient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they were able to prepare her glasses—almost right away—and at a great price too. A big thank you to both the staff and the doctor for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience with the Cohen’s team. Highly recommend. Thoughtful, speedy and caring. They even stayed until 5:59 pm so I could pick up my glasses on a Friday night!
