Great first time they accepted cash and didn't have insurance a wonderful first time. Everyone was super sweet

I had an extremely poor experience today. The staff initially confirmed that they accepted my insurance. However, after I made it clear that I wouldn’t be purchasing frames from them and brought my own frames, their attitude completely changed. They suddenly told me they didn’t accept my insurance anymore. The change in treatment was very unprofessional.

Had a wonderful first-time experience here! Got a quick and friendly eye exam and contacts and glasses. The dr was great. Everyone was very efficient, helpful, and kind. Great frames selections. I highly recommend!

They changed management and fired one of the best workers . This use to be like a family business now they are so rude. Why buy a business in the community and act like that. Don’t go here !
