I have been wearing glasses for about 20 years now. I have to admit, in the past 20 years, my only experience purchasing glasses has only been with my optometrist. They have gotten more and more expensive and they do not have much variety. Walking in Cohen by Grand Central, the moment Jannon saw me walk in, I felt a connection. He made me feel as if we've know each other for a while. He was honest and worked according to my budget. The choice was perfect for my face. His sales skills had me leaving Cohen with 2 prescription glasses and I love it! Not to say the other staff were not as friendly, from observation they too were very professional and friendly.
