Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to help me find the perfect frames and explained all my lens options without making me feel pressured. The doctor was thorough and caring, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The office was clean, organized, and had a great selection of stylish frames. Highly recommend this optical to anyone looking for quality care and excellent customer service Thank you Sam and Katie!

I have a -6.00 in my right eye and -2.50 in my left. Bad prescription right? well.. I went to this location and right away I felt as if I was going to be treated great. I was very skeptical getting glasses because of my prescription and always relied on contacts every day. The ladies knew what type of frames I needed based on my perscription and some added on work (55% slimming down on the lenses) and let me tell you!! the glasses came out GREAT and I love them. Very pricey since I got coach ones + the additional work to make them look better but I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service and the work they did on my glasses. Huge huge shoutout to the team and will definitely be coming back. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you sam and katie for being so helpful and patient with me!

I had a great experience at this optical store! Justin was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. The service felt very personal and welcoming, which I really appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend this place, and if you get a chance to work with Justin — you’re in good hands!

I have lived in Staten Island for over 30 years and I did not know this store was so close to me! I tried a newly opened optical store on SI and they did not know what they were doing. This Cohen's is great! I took my issue to them and they not only fixed it but also introduced me to some options that really were great. I was very happy with my service and will be back.

Walked into Cohen’s without an appointment and Katie helped me immediately. What a wonderful experience. She was courteous and well informed. She answered all my questions and took her time. I highly recommend visiting Cohen’s and Katie!
