Cohens Fashion Optical 68

I have been a customer at Cohen's Optical for more than 6 years. I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is so fantastic and personal, that it makes me want to work there. Fran and Oshine are rock stars. I am nearly certain that they have called me by name since the second time they met me. I am walking through the threshold of the door and they greet me by name every time with a big smile no matter if there's no one in the store or about 4 people, as was the case yesterday. I get my eye exam from the efficient and professional physician in the back and go up front to choose my frames and order my contacts. When selecting my frames Fran and Oshine provide constructive feedback and FUN! They will totally indulge the fashionista inside each of us that wants to try on many different looks and styles. If there is an increased cost of using them all can say is I'd rather walk out with the sleek European sports car then a Kia on my face. 😆

Alright, we went to five different eyeglass places today and then we came into Cohens Fashion Optics, and OSHINE absolutely crushed it. Incredible energy, incredible attitude, and honestly made the whole experience fun. She brought out probably 50 different pairs and was genuinely passionate about helping my girlfriend Cathy find the perfect fit. Within 30 minutes, we found the winning pair. The attention to detail, the patience, the style advice — everything was top level. If you’re looking for glasses and want somebody who actually cares about helping you look your best, ask for OSHINE. Amazing experience

I am very pleased to discover that there are lovely young people working in retail,as I did years ago. I had w wonderful experience at Cohen’s Optical in Town Center Mall , Boca Raton, Florida. I went in to try and have a lens repaired with a screw. After Alfred agreed to take care of it , I asked what it would cost to which he responded “no charge” I couldn’t thank him enough. He was polite, professional,respectful and knowledgeable. We need more Alfred’s in customer service.. Very pleased.Highly recommend.

Absolutely exceptional optical store! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly attentive to every customer’s needs. They offer a great selection of frames, excellent service, and take the time to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and professional. Love this place! Diana is amazing and incredibly patient. She helped me choose the perfect frames for my face, including a pair of prescription sunglasses that I looove! She was also wonderful with my daughter, she kept her entertained, and even gave her a lollipop, which made the whole experience so pleasant. I ended up buying two pairs: prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. The quality is excellent, they carry luxury brands, and there are so many beautiful options to choose from. This is definitely the best place to come if you’re looking for glasses. Highly recommend!
