I’ve come to this location a few times for adjustments, and I’ve always appreciated the service. This time I was told they couldn’t adjust my glasses because I purchased them at Bloomingdale’s. I understand that policies exist, and that wasn’t my issue. What disappointed me was the way the employee spoke to me. I explained that I knew the policy and had been helped here before, but I felt the interaction was dismissive. I was also told something like, “Why didn’t you go to Bloomingdale’s?” I had already explained that I came here because it was convenient, The person who works in the glasses adjustment wasn't aviable or in! The adjustment service in the past has been good, so I would still recommend the location. I just hope the customer service and attitude toward customers improve.

I am new to wearing glasses as my eyesight went bad last year, so today was my 2nd eyeglasses exam ever and my 1st contact lenses exam (1st eyeglasses was last year at diff doctor). I really liked everyone I encountered at this location! The doctor was great! Very informative and patient so I def recommend coming here for exams. The receptionist was quick to find my insurance info, she checked that I had a separate co-pay for contact exam and let me know the price before the exam. Emmanuel was awesome! He did my initial scans and stuff with eye ultrasound and blinking lights. His bright attitude made the experience a lot less daunting than my previous doc's place. The contact lens teacher did an amazing job teaching me how to put in and take out my contacts. She demo'ed many times and was very encouraging. I would be so lost without her tips! After everything I was trying on different lenses with the sales associate at the counter and he was great too! He showed me some in my insurance price range and also meta glasses (I asked) but I didn't end up buying anything today and they didn't push.

The staff is amazing, attentive and incredibly knowledgable. My eye exam was the most comprehensive I've ever had. Georgiy was amazing went above and beyond to make me happy ! Easily the best experience in eye care.

First of all it took over a month to complete my glasses. I get them back and the lense is not even inserted in the frame. One can f the lenses was hanging half way out, and the edges of the lenses wasn’t smoothed out. The first time I had the redone the lenses were to blurry. The last time I agreed to try nee lenses they came back scratched. They said they would reorder the lenses and the follow up has been horrible. I’m a very patient person but enough is enough. Service below expectations especially after paying $380 for a pair of lenses. I asked for an update Sunday, it’s now Thursday!! And two weeks after I picked up the frames. Never again!!!

I had a difficult time picking out glasses due to my anxiety i had Jenny help me.if you ever feel uncomfortable or indecisive she's the best person to talk too,she helped me alot. I appreciate her service for cohens 7/24/26
