My appointment was at 1pm a follow up with Dr. Siddiqui the MA calls you in the back to take vitals and weight and normally the Doctor comes in after, but instead I was directed back to the waiting area and was sitting there for more than and hour waiting to be seen by the Dr. it's completely insane to be waiting that long for a scheduled appointment. I ended up rescheduling my appointment with a different Dr. This is very disappointing, and its very hard to get them on the phone as well and they do not respond to the messages in the portal at all!! The front desk receptionist in the doctor office is not helpful at all. The quality of service in this office is on a downward spiral and Owner/Management need to make some major adjustments or they will lose more patients.

Thank you once again, Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Zelenetz, all prep nurses, ( My apologies for not getting your names), especially Sarah Brickman RN and Ms. Wanda Burgos. You guys are the best! Great teamwork and your attentiveness to my needs was well appreciated! My colonscopy exam on 5/15/26 was a breeze. Gracias 😉

They never fix the Air Conditioning. My family member is very sick and wanted to faint in today’s appointment due to the heat in there. This is a healthcare facility!!!!! That just means management does not care one bit about patient safety or even their doctors that are leaving in droves.

Reading horrible reviews I just had to leave my review this occurred in November 2025 This clinic is getting worse by the day ! I’m not sure how it still manages to stay open after all the horrible physicians and staff in general ! Came in for a physical with dr siddiqui and waited 3 hours !!! I ended up leaving I rescheduled and next appointment is not till April 2026 ?! YOU HAVE TO WAIT RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME EVERY TIME !! How is that even possible and their excuse is “it’s busy , he’s backed up” with is completely ridiculous and a lie one time I saw him in his office just sitting there on his phone instead of seeing patients! Physicians are a complete joke at this clinic and staff I’m not even sure how or who’s doing the hiring because that person should be fired for hiring the staff that’s working there . Just unprofessional overall all including physicians. This place need to shut down .

I really wish I read these reviews before coming to Dr Zelenetz office. Came for nothing but being told the same things I knew before arriving. 0 tests conducted to find out what’s wrong, Rescheduled to do a test almost a month later. They sent 10 different emails and not one with the address or entry instructions. Had to call in for the address and even then I asked if it’s on any floor or any entry instructions? They said someone will tell you when you arrive. There was no one at the front desk and it’s about the size of a mall or full hospital with every office a different letter and not one person on the phone or scheduling mentioned that. (See pic ) No one mentioned that the entrance is on complete opposite street as the one given. Receptionist gave me attitude when I asked for entry instructions and told me what “she” would have done. Trust the reviews. If the place says 2.9 stars there’s a reason for that. Also, the staff left at 3:45 when it says they close at 6pm.
