Very friendly staff and cute office. The doctor was kind and made me feel very comfortable with the information. Prior to meeting, I was given different eye tests and the individual who administered them was lovely. The whole process was easy going and made me feel comfortable about going to the eye doctor for the first time in a long time. Veronica was really sweet too; I worked with her to figure out which glasses to get. She helped me find the frames and was super insightful regarding the financial process. Would recommend this office. Glad to have found them on ZocDoc.

I had such a wonderful experience today! Margaret, who helped me pick out my eyeglass frames, was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Her suggestions were spot-on, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thank you Green Eye Care for excellent care as always. I’ve been coming to this office e for a few years now and every time I’m come I’m greeted with such a kind and warm welcome. Marget and Camila at the front desk could not be sweeter or more accommodating. In fact, today I called to see if I could push back my appointment and they were able to accommodate despite have a very busy day. My eye tech, Anaya, was so sweet and funny. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable! A wanted to also complement the team on how they handle patient conflict and de-escalation. There was an unhappy patient and from my perspective, the team was very accommodating in their attempts to resolve their concerns and maintaining a calm environment for the other folks in the room. It’s easy to have a great experience when everything goes as planned but I think it speaks volumes to the professionalism of your team on how they handle tough situations. Thanks again!
