Upper West Optical

The woman who helped me seemed annoyed that I was there from the moment I arrived. She wasn’t very welcoming, and when she eventually came over to assist me, she seemed even more annoyed that I wasn’t interested in her suggestions. She kept questioning why I didn’t like certain frames. I’m sorry, but if I don’t like something, why am I being questioned? It’s my face and my money. Wow. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else, where I received much better customer service. I do have to say, though, that the gentleman I spoke with earlier in the day over the phone was very professional and helpful.

I had a wonderful appointment yesterday at Upper Westside Optical.I really liked Dr.Hyde and everyone working there was helpful and kind. All my questions and concerns were dealt with and I was very impressed with the array of frames featured there. So many styles and colors to choose from...I had a ball!! My glasses will be ready in about 3 weeks. I highly recommend them. I have to admit I hadn't had an eye exam for a few years. ..So glad I had them checked yesterday...As we get older it's best to be on top of these things .BRAVO!!! .

I had my first appointment at Upper West Optical, and it was a great experience. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. Dr. Hyde was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me clearly. I’m happy I switched to this clinic and would recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderful first visit here yesterday. Their weekend hours are so convenient. They were timely and I was even able to pick out my frames before I was seen. Everyone is so kind and the facility is very nice. I’m happy with my choice to start coming here!

I have been coming here for years and always get great service. I wanted to thank Diana for helping me yesterday with my new glasses and setting me up with new lenses for my sunglasses. Diana also helped me by fixing my Mom’s glasses and assisted me in ordering a new pair of glasses for her. In addition, Jay has worked with me for decades and is always helpful when my son runs out of contacts! Great professional and helpful services by everyone in the store.
