Dr was lovely! Very attentive and listened to my concerns. Even had an issue with my prescription that the Dr immediately helped with. However glasses were on the pricey side for a generic pair. Save yourself the trouble and just get a pair online.
Beautiful frames but overpriced. They wanted to charge me even for the things that insurance covered. I went to a different place and my lenses were fully covered and my insurance pays $259 separately just for frames. A total rip off
Terrible, been wearing glasses for 45 years now and this was the worst place. They are so unprofessional, take appointments and keep you waiting for 45 mins. The women at the counter will be rude when you ask how much longer and they are just there for a money grab, as I came out of the exam there was three people trying to sell me something so they don’t keep you waiting on that. They also speak about the customers in Spanish when we can all hear and happen to understand! Beware. I just went to another place even though I had my exam there for the contact lens exam and glasses.
Everything went smoothly until the lady who works at the front when you decide to choose your glasses was the actual worst. Extremely rude not patient was basically yelling. That woman needs to be fired in my opinion you cannot treat customers especially new customers that way. I hope the managers or owner see this review. Would not come again at all.
Super impressed with my visit! The staff were friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. Everything was quick and efficient and I choose frames in inder an hour with their help! Definitely recommend and I’ll be back!
