My husband's a traveling nurse, and we're always looking for marvelous breakfast cafe. First watch has set, the gold standard for us here in jacksonville. We get there.The restaurant is clean, it's quaint, the atmosphere is calming. They have very good tea and coffee. I had their barbacoa bowl it was beyond amazing words can't describe how delicious it was. My husband had their omelet with their home fries with sauteed bell Peppers, and onions done with it was very delicious. There's staff we're all friendly keeping themselves extremely busy.Always checking on the customer's multiple times. Loren stanford the general manager really impressed me. He was out checking on all the customers. Asking if everything was okay making sure the food tasted just right delivering dishes to people working right alongside of all of the staff Took the time to listen to my husband and I give a couple suggestions very kind and wonderful man.

Very inviting environment. I was also here on yesterday. Feels so peaceful with music piping overhead. I alternate between the Traditional and the TriFecta. The yellow grits are to die for! Manager was out today serving and greeting customers. Love it!

We had a fantastic experience at First Watch! Loren, the manager, truly stands out. He is so personable, friendly, and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about both his guests and his team. The staff was organized, attentive, and worked together seamlessly, which made for an excellent dining experience. Great leadership creates a great atmosphere, and Loren has definitely built one. We’ll absolutely be back!

The food was excellent. Our server Sandra was very attentive and pleasant. She made sure we had everything we needed and explained the menu when we had questions.
