⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an excellent experience with Infocus Eyecare. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout my visit. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. It’s refreshing to visit an office where you can tell the staff genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in providing great service. I highly recommend Infocus Eyecare to anyone looking for professional, knowledgeable, and friendly eye care. I will definitely continue using them for my eye care needs!

The employees and Doctor at In Focus are kind attentive knowledgeable and courteous. They answered my questions joked with me and now we have a good rapport for my vision exams moving forward. So greatful to all the staff everyone deserves a big raise! Thank you for the gift of vision.
I had an appointment for 5 pm and arrived at 4:50. When I made the appointment initially I asked how long do they normally take due to having a telehealth appointment at 6. She assured me it would give me more than enough time. But she didn’t factor in them taking a patient late who had an appointment an hour before me. She was apparently an hour late and they still took her which put me way behind. I did not get seen till 5:30. I asked the doctor when she came in the room in the nicest way would she be able to have me out of there by 5:50. I explained to her the situation and she got such an attitude. Why I apologized to her for asking is beyond me. I wasn’t able to do the eye dilation and I had to make an appointment to come back. I feel like they had no respect for my time by taking the other lady so late. They definitely have questionable booking skills and customer service skills. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
Over two years ago, I had a pair of progressive glasses made. Everything went well for about two years. I had Varilux, Crizal, and Transitions. As one might imagine the bill was around $1500. With their fuzzy math, it was hard to tell. With insurance my out the door price was around $600. About five months ago, the coating started flaking off, effecting the focal, creating a prism effect. I brought them into the store and while they acknowledged the flaw, they told me I was two months outside the warranty period. I thought that was a terrible way to do business but I accepted it as my bad luck. I then tried to schedule a new appointment but was told it was full and to come back next month when the new month in the scheduling software would open up. This was in March of 2026. I showed up in April, and got an appointment scheduled for July 6th. The Store Manager told me that since I was a previous customer and my wife was a customer that he would extend me some sort of "discount" when I had the glasses remade. This week everything still seem to be in order for the July appointment. In fact, I recieved a reminder text. Until today. I recieved a message from Sarah stating that they no longer accepted my plan which was from Florida Blue (Premiere). I immediately called that location and spoke to Sarah and she confirmed this and would not let me speak to the Store Manager. I explained to her that this was very unprofessional and a terrible way to do business. I told her that I intended to post an unfavorable review on their business in hopes that she would change her mind. She didn't seemed moved. As a representative of InFocus, she made no attempt of a reasonable accommodation and instead chose to fire a customer. UPDATE: While everything I posted above was correct, I did hear from the Store Manager today. Yesterday, as in the past he treated both my wife and myself well and with respect. In our conversation he tried to solve the issues. However, Infocus is no longer accepted by the Florida Blue (Premere) eyecare insurance program. I was able to set up an appointment with another provider. I appreciate everything that the Store Manager did and has done in taking care of both mine and my wife's eyecare needs. He is very good with his customers.
FABULOUS STAFF!! Dakota and Cyrenna were so helpful, informative, and extremely friendly and professional. I was treated SO WELL! Dr. Kelsey was GREAT and I look forward to seeing them during my next visit.
