Sam`s Club Optical

I had an outstanding experience at the Sam’s Club Optometry department thanks to Carrie! She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. Carrie took the time to clearly explain my insurance benefits in a way that made complete sense—no confusion or hidden surprises. She even volunteered to tighten and fix my well-worn frames, which was such a thoughtful touch. Purchasing my contacts and new lenses was completely hassle-free from start to finish because of her organization and friendly guidance. Carrie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made this one of the best optometry visits I’ve ever had 10/10. Highly recommend her and the Sam’s Club Optometry team!

The detail that the doctors take are incredible. Better than half of other optical centers in Jacksonville. The doctors are very helpful and the frames and prices are very convenient. The staff is very knowledgeable about the store as well. Very nice and respectful and helpful in order to help as many people as they can with their eyesight.

The Optical department is great. Dr. Brown is excellent and really cares for her patients. A large selection of frames and their prices are very affordable. The support staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I alway have a good experience here.

The only reason why I’m giving this 3 stars is because they close at 6:00 because they only have one optometrist—which might change in the future. The internet and the sign on the building say they close at 7:00. Friendly and helpful technicians though.

Been buying my glasses for many years and service is excellent
