From the moment I checked in until I walked out the door everyone was great. Very helpful during my check-in. I went in the late afternoon to the Express Care. The gentleman that checked me in was great. He even checked me in for my x-rays after my visit with Brandon, the clinical PA that overseen my care. The MA that did my triage was amazing as well. The radiology technician had a great attitude made me feel comfortable during my testing for the x-rays of my knee and ankle. Service was very quick. Not a long wait time to be called to the back to start the triage procedure. Brandon did not rush through my appointment. He made me feel heard. This was my first time utilizing Cleveland Clinic Express Care in person.

Waiting to get into the clinic a wild hassle. You sign in with them but you have to constantly check your place in line because they may have messed up what they put in the system and multiple people who came in after you pass you up. Also, they won’t let you make a dr appointment if you’re a self pay patient. You have to be “verified” through Cleveland clinic and they call you up to a week later to make an appointment. That’s absurd.

The staff are capable and friendly, doctors and nurses dedicated, and the location is convenient with large parking available. Wait times can sometime impact schedules because of the volume of patients, however.

The wait was longer than anticipated. They realize you can make an appointment and that's when my weight was so long cuz several people would before me or after me had appointments

Horribly inconsistent and incompetent admin staff. Disgusting attitude and zero willingness to help the sick patients that come in for care. They are in desperate need of proper training.
