Easy to schedule online appointment. Dr. Briggs is very detailed and answered any and all questions. My appointment was quick and easy. Ordering new glasses was easy as well. Staff in room and at optical department were great support & pleasant.
We saw Dr. Rudy twice this week due to my 102-year-old mother having a severe bacterial eye infection. We’ve been going to this facility and seen Dr. Rudy several times over the last Several years. We’ve always had nothing but a fantastic experience. He really cares about his patience, and it shows in his willingness to have flexibility with his time and taking his time in the appointment. We really appreciate him. I highly recommend him.
Everyone was very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Zajack took her time and explained things. I was there for almost 2 hrs, long time but I had a lot of different things done. Next time I will wear long sleeves as the AC was certainly doing its job!
Not great. Very hard to get a hold of the office folks. Not very friendly when I visited. The optical department lacks professionalism, received the wrong glasses. Three weeks still waiting for new ones. I call and no answer and no return of messages. Just letting me wait with no updates. Sam is great. She has been super helpful, but the rest fall short of expectations. Very disappointing.
I so enjoy my very thorough eye exams at NEOES in Stow! Dr. Zajac is not only gentle, she always provides time for questions and explanations, she is very proficient in her practice, and extremely sweet to top it off. I have always had great care and when I suffered a torn retina a few years ago, I was whisked into diagnosis and treatment immediately. I would not take my eyes and my vision anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Zajac and NEOES!
