How nice to walk into a stunning place where the staff greeted me with big smiles. Dr. Collins was extremely thorough during the eye exam. I am impressed because that hasn't always been the case with other optometrists. He took as much time as I needed and I am so very pleased with my new glasses, my reading glasses, and his staff. Isabel was so kind and honest with which eyeglass style worked best on my face. I am looking forward to working with this company again as they are delightful.

I've been seeing Dr. Collins for probably a decade now and he's been wonderful the entire time. Even though I see him maybe once a year, he always remembers me and asks about my family which is nice. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, and the quality of care is wonderful. I drive 30 minutes now just to see him!

I have been there twice now. I haven't had a bad experience in getting an appointment, during an appointment, and after it. The staff here are highly competent and offer great patience for questions, offering explanations, and redoing tests if you needed extra confidence in the results. Finances were easy to negotiate and never had a negative impact on my family. Highly, highly recommend.

My experience at Collins Vision Care has been nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Collins went above and beyond to help me find comfortable contact lenses; he was the first optometrist I ever had to tell me that my strong prescription could make contacts medically necessary so insurance would be more likely to pay for pricier contacts that didn’t irritate my eyes. The staff is wonderful and patient as well, very willing to be flexible and work with our specific requests. Their customer service cannot be beat.

Dr Collins & staff are the best. The visit went quickly but covered a lot of ground. After the eye test, even though they do sell quality glasses there, the doctor said I would be fine just using my readers and did not recommend new glasses. Highly recommend!
