Everyone that I have come in contact with has been so professional and kind. The people in the surgery center made my day of surgery experience wonderful. My nurse James was the best! He always made sure I was comfortable. I have had numerous surgeries, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Looking forward to getting my other eye done. Dr Becker is top notch!

My spouse Antonio was seen by Dr.Alex Kleinkart , only about three tmes now after his eye pcp Dr. Left CEI. At first we didn't know what to expect. We were anxious at first visit. We were proven wrong. We were amazed by her action every minute of the visit which was not "hurried up" like other doctors. Her knowledge on the eye issue of Tony and her thoroughness was amazing. She made lots of tests while explaining what was going on. She even referred Tony to the right agencies who will help him navigate his difficulties in everyday life, like a rehab and prescribed two gadget he can use to ease blurriness of his eyesight. A magnifying clip on glass ( which we ordered right there in the clinic) and this wonderful magnifying laptop looking screen which will enable him to read fine lines beneath the glass. It is very expensive but thank God she found a donated item for us to be used immediately. We were so happy. She is sent from heaven. We believe She is God's answer to our prayers. Her assistant Lauryn is so competent and comforting that made his tests comfortable. She is also an angel, even walked us through elevator to our parked car . I wish I am also with Colorado Eye Institute . Thank you Dr Alex and Lauryn for all your help.

I've been a patient of Colorado Eye Institute since December of 2012. I've started seeing Dr Lee then and I have since seen other Doctors there as well! Since September of 2023 I have been under Dr Karl Becker ever since for my Retina issues! I get Eylea injections in my eyes due to ruptured blood vessels in the back of my Retina's. Dr Becker does amazing job at what he does and how he does the process of the injection/injections my opinion! I can't express my gratitude enough for Dr Becker!! He is very good at what he does! I wish other retina specialists had the skills and techniques that Dr Becker has my opinion!! Thank You Dr Becker and Colorado Eye Institute for keeping me seeing what a beautiful world we live in!

We love Dr Lee. We enjoy the staff. Yet…… for the second time for me personally my name slipped through the cracks and I waited over an hour to be taken back after checking in. I asked after 20 minutes at the info desk if I was checked in or if Dr Lee had an emergency.. my wife was taken back and her appointment finished and there I sat. Something needs to be done about the communication between the front desk and the staff. This was the second time. Was I blacklisted? Or is it bad communication?

My new optometrist is great, easy to talk with and I recommend her highly. I am unhappy with the hassle I get from the front desk regarding payment at checkout. I have always paid my bill through my health insurance or their directions that it needs to be paid. I have always paid for my services in full each year. I am sorry you must get dead beat folks who have done this disservice to faithful clients. I realize these are hard times for us all, but frankly, this treatment is not acceptable to me.
