Walmart Vision Center

Shayla at the vision center was super helpful with my eye glass purchase from start to finish. She was able to work with what I had left on my insurance as I was not supposed to get glasses this year since I got glasses somewhere else last year. She was very thorough in explaining how my new progressive lens will work since this is my first time ordering progressives. She made me feel heard with answering all my questions. I met with her at my glasses pick up and she was very thorough in helping me feel comfortable with my new glasses as they are going to take time to adjust. I was so happy to be able to see closeup and far away at the same time. I don’t have to wear 2 glasses at the same time anymore! I will be returning to this location for future glasses. Another plus, all of the glasses were so CLEAN! I had gone to COSTCO right before coming here and was afraid to even try on any of their glasses as every set of glasses were smudged with fingerprints. I complemented Shayla and her coworker that their glasses here at Walmart were so clean.

Michael and Markus were so personable, knowledgeable, and above all, helpful. I dreaded going to an optometrist after my last experiences in Colorado Springs at “big-name” facilities. Michael showed me how to find what I was looking for, and honestly understood what I wanted better than I was able to express my wants! Markus helped several other people while I was in the office, and he was just as excellent, in my opinion. I also visited the OD, and from the front desk to the doctor, I was treated with respect and was listened to. I’m so glad I went, and I’m excited to get my new glasses and sunglasses!

I needed some help with my glasses and stopped into the vision center. Michael was there and was so friendly and helpful. It was very refreshing to talk with someone in customer service who was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Michael. Really appreciate the help!

Took my frame with my new prescription to this vision center and was very satisfied with their service and my eye glasses. Last time I took them to America’s Best they did not measure the bifocal area and I could not see out of both of my eye glasses. Here they measured the bifocal part and I can see great out of my new eye glasses. Plan to take a second frame to get my new prescription put in.

I just wanted to share my experience here! The dr was fantastic. It was truly just an easy experience. Was not hassled and the lady that took care of me was so sweet. I came here after I walked out of americas best because I asked too many questions and knew my insurance coverages, they were trying to rip me off. I barely paid out of pocket. They helped me to get the most for my coverages. I definitely recommend especially if you are trying to get in quickly as well. They had no issues accommodating me to get in the next day and get me temporary contacts to see again until my order came in.
