I had three appointments here for my deep cleaning with Eileen Kelley and Samantha Eslinger and it was amazing! They both were so sweet and kind. I was really nervous and scared as I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while. So having them made my first experience so great. I’m so grateful for the transformation they did on my teeth.
Hi, I normally go here for most if not all of my medical questions, and ive got something I got to get off my chest. On Dec. 3rd 2025 I put out a phone call to CBHA here in Connell regarding parenting classes, since I am a new parent I wanted some guidelines to follow while learning to parent my son. Well long story short I got denied that service becuase the person asked me verbatim "do you speak a different dilect (meaning language)?" I responded with "No the Mother and I both speak English." The lady said and I quote "then you are not allowed here." I got discriminated against for not speaking a different language which has nothing to do with parenting classes. Im considering pressing discrimination charges. This is not okay and I hope you never do this to someone else.
Low quality of service. The process for a simple dental filling is extremely long, obviously to get more money. They made me two appointments, one for a checkup and the second for a checkup of the same tooth. Isn't that stupid?
Ana Torres is amazing! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure they understand how they will be cared for, taught and helped under her care. She is so needed at the Connell Clinic. Please keep her!!
The facility is very nice starting with the patient rooms that are designed to comfort rather than "sterilized". I also liked how all medical staff seemed to have their own workstations yet out where they can collaborate with each other. All staff have been attentive and helpful during our visits.
