Experience started well, but went downhill. Went in on Wednesday to buy glasses, only to find there was an error with my prescription. Was told to return on Thursday. On Thursday, the one employee working said, "I'm not licensed. Come back tomorrow." I went back on Friday (the opening employee was 20 minutes late) and she too said, "I'm not licensed either. You'll need to come back on Monday." I said, "I might just go to Costco" and her response was, "Go for it," so that's the plan. I've never heard of a business staffed with people whose job it was to tell people all day, "I'm not licensed. I can't help you."

Chris is great to help us fix glasses that seem impossible to fix and to help us get set up with new repairs. We have 100 percent confidence that he can help us every time! Plus the glasses always ship quickly and are comparably inexpensive.

My glasses broke last night and I knew if I came to Walmart in Othello and Chris was here he would fix me up and he did. Thank God. I am practically blind without them.
