My family has been coming here for almost 5 years now and we can’t be more happy! The doctors, the eye glasses shop, secretaries, everyone is so sweet and helpful. Good variety. Good customer service. Quick glasses and repairs! 🤓

I had a very good experience. Everyone was very pleasant to work with . Dr Herrera was very patient in explaining my questions . And Darren was very helpful & patient in helping me find the right frames & adjusting my glasses. Thank you! Kathy Brock
I went here last week, and upon going to the office, it was nice, and the doctor on that day from Wenatchee was helpful. But then I went to look at frames, and I understand that as a private practice, frames will be higher as they do not have access to the same wholesale pricing as other retailers, but… in some cases, being near $200 over the average MSRP is gross and blatantly taking advantage of unknowing shoppers. As I started to find this, I went around and checked several of their other pairs to see if it continued or just one odd frame, but no, many were far overpriced. Then, out of curiosity, I grabbed a frame and said I’d be going with them, so then they started going over lenses, and even those are marked up harshly. But then I was unable to complete the order or order contacts due to their system being down and was told they would call me back to get them done. They never did, so I called again the next day; they said they would call back again, but I never heard anything. So when I did get ahold of someone again, I was requesting to have my prescriptions transferred, and the lady answering the phone was very rude and even yelled at me over the phone at one point, leaving the people in the car with me shocked and saying “to just hang up and go somewhere else”. What she was yelling about was that I was looking for a document she requested, and when I hadn’t answered for about two seconds, she yelled “Helloo helloo” into the phone very loudly and then continued being rude/snobby. I don’t know why someone so annoying is answering phones. Then I went to another eye care place nearby where I learned these are very consistent issues to what others are having, and many people are going there and then going somewhere else with their prescription due to the poor service from the people upfront, very overpriced, and general treatment by the employees. The one store I spoke with had a list of 27 people trying to get their prescriptions or other details from them, but they consistently ignore other stores or doctors calling into request your info. The other store I spoke to said if you need yours they suggest going in directly and just having them do it or they will put it off and try to create hoops to have you jump through to inconvenience you as much as possible. I understand the owner has bought several of these in a short time but now the quality of service is falling due to this and if the Moses store is the hub for the other stores to communicate with for insurance info then I can’t imagine the issues they’re running into as well. I hope this review helps some people save them selves some time and money and to just go somewhere else. And hopefully the owner sees this because the people you having running your Moses location are going to kill the store outside of the people you can take advantage of that will come unknowingly. Just a very big let down and an overall frustrating experience. Thank you to the doc that helped me you were informative and helpful but everyone else I dealt with besides who checked me in that day have not been and some only tried to create more issues to prolong things. Hopefully things improve.
Drs. Harrison, Lake, and Herrera, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to one of your staff members, Megan, for providing me with such high-quality service and attention to my questions and eye-frame adjustments today. Her genuine attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and she speaks highly of Valley Eye and Vision. I will be strongly recommending Valley Eye and Vision to others. Thank you, Gene Sharratt
It has been a pleasure to come to Valley Eye Care for my glasses. The employees r very nice, and took care of my getting new glasses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
