Sasha and team are top-notch! Sasha was incredibly knowledgeable and helped make picking out frames fun and definitely not stressful as it has been for me in the past. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. I will definitely be going back when I'm ready for prescription sunnies!

I am very disappointed in the Walmart vision center Walmart. I made a appointment a few days ago and they were very good at working around my schedule which was great but after this it all went downhill. I was about 15 minutes late and called them to let them know and they were ok and said to come .When I arrived she asked me if I did any paperwork on line. My response was no. Im my mind I was thinking I wish they would have told me I could of had it all completed. Then she asked if I had insurance. I said yes its the same insurance as last year and I told the person on the phone this. She then looked for it and said she could not find it and another girl helped her find it. After she found it she said the company you have insurance with has computer issues today so we can't process it. I said so what does this mean? she said you would have to pay and I left . My biggest problem is these people should have had all this done in advance and if there was a problem I should have know. Can you imagine if I was a hour away and had this happen. The girl did not seem to care and said nothing. Just horrible customer service. I will never be back or recommend them to anyone. Im a GM at a large retail store and would never treat my customers like this. being prepared ahead of time would have been great .sorry for the bad review but I hope you learn from this so it does not happen to others

Found the perfect frames and everything was a great price. However; had to take them back to have lenses remade because the bifocal line was not straight and making my vision blurry. After getting them back I tried getting used to them and couldn't do it. I told the manager that the bifocal line needed to be higher and she refused to move it any higher. I live over an hour away so by the time I got back there I told her they weren't working & I wanted a refund. She refused saying it's been over the 60days and I should have said I was having issues sooner. Hello I did! Never buying from them again!

Dr. Shurtz is a well spoken and very kind person. I appreciated his ability to understand my complicated situation that I horribly verbalized and provided a solution that falls in line with what I expected. I know he is located in a walmart and that may turn you off from going here, but I highly recommend him. I would send my grandma here if she were still around.
