Its been maybe 15 years or so since I've been here. I didn't have a good experience then, but I moved on. Imagine my surprise that after about 15 years, I started getting texts from them asking me to come back and give them another shot. It wasn't just one text. They are sending them more than once a month on average. I got 2 texts just 2 weeks apart. It's probably fine to nudge once a customer who hasn't been there in the past 2-3 years, but 15 YEARS and MULTIPLE TIMES? That's some shady stuff. I don't even think they keep medical records that long, but they still felt it is okay to spam me.

First I will start off my saying I’ve come here as a new patient a year ago Dr Dennis is great Dr she took really great care of me . However the office had a turnover in staff which turned into becoming a billing issue for me because someone didn’t submit the billing properly a year ago so I just received a bill a few months back from past year. I decided no bill issue I mad a appointment ti come in I’m scheduled to see a different Dr but I’m returning for same eye issue I had a year ago I got her ti appointment which I was 15 mins late I was stuck in traffic and Dr wouldn’t see me which I think is horrible because of a Dr runs behind 15 we as patients are required to wait so with this I’m gonna have to take my care somewhere else Dr Dennis is such a great compassion Dr I wish we had more drs like her.

I highly recommend Columbia Eye Associates. I’ve seen Dr. Denton for many years and she and her staff provide excellent care. The onsite optician team has a great selection of frames and are helpful with selection assistance. In addition, I recently had trouble with my latest progressive lens prescription. Dr. Denton and her team worked with me until they determined the lens that worked best for me at no additional cost.

I would highly recommend the team at Columbia Eye Associates! There was recently an issue with my order and it took longer than originally promised. Taurean worked closely with my to find a solution , even though the issue was with the lab. My wife and I have been going there for years, and would couldn't be happier!

Great experience. It started with reception. Polite and friendly and informative. The doc was excellent and easy to talk with; the young lady doing the retinal scan did really well, and the fellas getting me set up with my glasses did a patient, professional, and friendly job. Also a great help in working through my insurance plan and options. Many thanks to everyone I met for an excellent experience!
