Overall experience was good. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was no long wait time and they were ready with paperwork and exam room. The optometrist was very clear and gave me options on the hardware. There was no over selling on purchasing hardware from their office. They even gave an option to upgrade the lens in my existing frame which is rare. The frames they have are decent and well priced. The best thing is they gave me printed prescription for my record in a format that is very easy to use.

I brought in my young son, who was in need of his first pair of glasses. I felt very comfortable there and like they cared about my son. The doctor was great with him, as was the optician. I have been to other eye care offices with my older kids and felt a lot of pressure to make immediate (and expensive) decisions about paths of care for my kids, but this place was refreshingly gracious. They presented me with information I needed, gave me time to ask questions, and then let me go home and think about it without pressure to purchase anything from them. As a result, I actually wanted to purchase his glasses from them, rather than shop around, and went back and had a great experience choosing frames. I’m really happy with this team and hope to switch all my kids to this office!

The entire staff is incredible! So nice, detail oriented, and really take the time with you to explain things in detail. The office is cute and well maintained as well. Best optometrist experience I've ever had!

Very disappointing experience. The staff consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, and the overall level of care and treatment was below expectations. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail, and the team appeared insufficiently trained and inexperienced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. I’m sharing this feedback to help others make informed decisions and choose services that provide a safe and reliable experience.

This place is awesome! They were all very friendly and easy to get along with. And they have VERY flexible office hours, which helps make appointments easier to schedule around my normal 9-5 work hours.
