If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in to have a tooth pulled, the dental hygienist was amazing. Dr michael on the other hand, worst dentist I've ever come into contact with. He walked in no real introduction and shoved the needle into my gums. When I told him I needed more he seemed irritated and gave me more, I heard a pop in my cheek during the shot and asked if it was normal. He ignored me. I made a joke that Im acting like a baby over an extraction and he said yeah you are. I have past trauma and dental anxiety but I was holding it together pretty well. I also suffer from tmj so trying to hold my mouth open for an hour was hard and he kept raising his voice at me to open bigger. He proceeded to yank on my tooth for an hour and I was visibly shaking and upset and he barely let me take a break to breathe. When we were done he said yeah you need to see an oral surgeon for your dental anxiety because the problem isn't the procedure it's you. Then he got up and walked away. Didn't address another tooth I had asked him to look at to check for an abscess. He just walked away. The dental hygienist was great and he kept talking down to her and shouting at her to hand him instruments. Then another lady came in and asked if I was okay and I began bawling. I felt assaulted. The hygienist said she's never seen so much blood during an extraction. I will never take my kids back there and I definitely won't be back there. So disappointing because I have a really good primary doctor there. Of course when I called the file a complaint I was given someone's voicemail.

I wasnt happy when I found out an elderly friend I taken there wasnt able to get new dentures because oral surgery had to be performed. It irritated me when I learned they took a full set of x rays which probably used up her $2,500 yearly allotment. I don't understand why you'd take x rays of gums?? So, now its pretty improbable that she'll be able to have the surgery and get her dentures this year and she'll probably barely have enough to cover the surgery.
We are new to the area. I made an appointment and the staff is very friendly. I had a tooth that needed filling. The dentist came and gave me the numbing shot and got right to work. I did feel pain and mentioned it. He said the front area is like that and kept working. He did a great job with the filling but the service felt more like an assembly line. I never got the dentist name He just sat and started working. We move a lot because of my husband's job. A dentist always introduced themselves and told us what they were going to do. I guess my standards are very high so I did not enjoy my visit and canceled my families apps. Regardless the girls working their are very kind and friendly and the work the dentist did was good. The service could be better.
I've been a patient here for over 20 years. The staff are mostly friendly & curtious. The nurse practitioners are always very nice. Usually no waiting, you're typically able to get in for your appointment on time, unless there's a windy one in back. This office is now able to offer many new things since it remodeled, like a pharmacy, dentistry, x-rays and in house blood work.
I love the Community Health Center, I think it is wonderful that there is a place where all people can go to receive health care and be treated well no matter the walk of life they are from. It is vital for out community to have a place like this. The staff are all so kind, from the front desk people to the health care professionals, everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
