Dr. Mankin is very thorough and I appreciate that. She has a caring but professional attitude and very approachable person. Even was consulting with the psychiatrist during my appointment. This was an appointment to establish care and I am pleased to have her guidance in future. Staff was kind and patient also. A good crew working here.

Why does this place offer free STD testing if they aren't going to actually treat anything. I got testing done and tested positive for something. BUT instead of giving me anything to help with symptoms, I was told that I just needed to see my regular doctor (I don't have one, that's why I went HERE for treatment). So now, Ive been without medication or help for almost 2 weeks AND I didn't even get to see a real physician, only a RN who told me that starting medication now wouldn't help me because I was already having symptoms. DO BETTER FOR YOUR PATIENTS!!! I ended up going to a walk-in clinic and getting treatment the same day.
I have the most wonderful, funny, caring and kind nurse at this clinic. Nurse Olga goes above and beyond to help people, and I really feel so lucky to know her. She puts a smile on my face when I see her, even if she's not feeling well. She's helped me so much. As of the last few months I have a new Dr. here and she is amazing, too. She's the most laid back & understanding Dr that I have EVER met. For me, this is HUGE with me having a disregulated nervous system. All other doctors made me feel nervous, but not Kimberly. Best Nurse and best Dr ever...I'm so great-FULL !! I truly love them both.
