I took my 16 month old here this morning for her first ever dentist appointment. The staff couldn’t have been less friendly. The dentist we seen had zero personality, and for a pediatric dentist was not patient. I felt as if I was being barked at and like I was inconveniencing them by being here. Nobody took the time to explain what I should expect during her first appointment, or if I was okay with her receiving a fluoride treatment prior to administering it. Very uncomfortable visit and I would not recommend this place and we certainly will not be returning. I wish I grabbed the dentist name, it was the older gentleman.

Community Health Care Partners Groveland** Updated below please read** Terrible staff .. needing a piece of paperwork signed for my dad for shoes going on a month of calls between myself calling ten plus times and Saunders orthotics calling more than I . This office still can’t get it right. They absolutely do not care. Find a better place to bring your loved one. 3/10 update 2 plus months later **we have to self pay for my dads shoes because I’m over calling this doctors office my dad has insurance this has always been covered under insurance. This office cannot fax over the correct paperwork completed with everything easily highlighted by Saunders prosthetics . Should be a simple task. My father is a diabetic and cannot feel his feet he has fallen twice this week. The lack of care and follow through by this office I cannot even put into works how disappointing this is. I did have Jason reach out assuming he’s a manager or part of the hr team another one that of course is gonna make sure the nurse takes care of this. This office should read extreme ownership by Jocko Wilkins. No one follows through to the end or takes ownership. If this were my job I would have been fired. For the ten plus staff members who answered my call, hung up on me, gave me some bs we will take care of this YOU Have ALL FAILED MISERABLY !!! Do better , care imagine this were your family or your parent shame on this office.

Clean, thorough, and very professional.This clinic is everything to me ! I can finally afford to go see a doctor / dentist without insurance. 😁They are angels amongst the medical field and they're always so kind , patient , and sweet. Thank you CHC, for coming to our Groveland community. Your saving lives! 🥰🫶

My husband has been waiting two weeks for the doctor to fill out some paperwork for his disabled brother. He called this morning to make sure it would be filled out before making the hour-long drive from Lakeland to pick it up and was assured it would be ready. He got there and the form was still blank. There is a breakdown in communication somewhere. This happens every year. How hard can it be to fill out a form? It's absolutely ridiculous.

It is so clean and the staff are always so nice and personable. It makes going to a medical center so much easier; I love this place.
