Optical Outlets

Stay away from Optical Outlets located in the Target Shopping Center on Hwy 50 Clermont. Buyer Beware. Purchased a pair of glasses a year ago and may have worn them a dozen times before the frame cracked, made in China and are cheap junk and Optical Outlet will not do anything except sell me another pair of junk frames. This place did not even get my eye glass perscription correct from the start so I used my other pair to get by until another yearly exam rolls around. Nothing but a scam on the public. I will definitely be letting others know about the garbage that they sell. Find someone else for your eye and eye glass needs.

My husband and I had a bad experience with this particular store in Clermont, Fl. The manager for the store gave us a horrible experience Michelle Morrow is very unprofessional and disrespectful. The bottom-line is don't go there unless you have money. and if you do have, you will be treated respectfully. To Michelle, you don't know us and shame at you for treating your new customers that way. If I didn't need some new glasses, I would have left the store immediately. Once I get my glasses I will not be returning to this store. I noticed other things going on at this store, but I think I've said enough.

I go every year to get my eyes tested and purchase my glasses at this location. Adelina attends to me and explains every detail of the products being put on my lens. I get greeted wonderful by the young ladies in the front Roxanne and Lina. I also enjoy going into the office and having conversations with Tony and seeing familiar faces like Michelle and Regan. Service is wonderful and I would not go anywhere else. Been going to this office since they were located by the epic movie theater.

Came in to the office to have eye exam. The girls in the front are amazing. Front desk Roxanne was very polite when coming in to store, Lina was very kind and the staff Adelina, Michelle, Regan and Tony were very attentive with everything. Will be back again. Adelina took care of me.

Overall, this was a really good experience! The staff there are very courteous, professional, and helpful. The optician, Dr. Sergio Pradilla was very thorough in his examination and offered some really good advice in future eye care. My appointment was on Jan. 16th and the frames and lenses were ready for pickup within a week! Very quick process. Their prices are very reasonable with the eye exam and glasses as well, informing me to bring the frames back if there are any issues with the fitting, and they will make any adjustments. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update, replace or as a first time patient.
