Went to get my son glasses on June 29th. Was told by the medical(vision) nurse that she will mail the glasses to the Apopka location because I live so far. Today is the 7th. I called the Apopka location and there are no glasses. The glasses are still at the four corners center. Mind yall I would have came back to the four corners location to pick my son glasses up. She offered to send them. This is crazy and it’s unprofessional. So I’m here at the center waiting to pick them up and now I have to wait after patients with appointments. The receptionist couldn’t go grab them for me? Nope! Very disappointed

This company seriously needs to improve its customer service training. The existing reviews already point to an ongoing issue, and unfortunately, my experience confirms the same pattern. The receptionist called my wife to inform her that her appointment had been changed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 AM. When my wife simply asked for confirmation of the new time, the receptionist responded by yelling at her over the phone, showing a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude. It is very concerning that this office seems to disregard repeated complaints from customers who have had similar negative experiences. At this point, it feels like these reviews make no difference because there is no visible effort to improve. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire organization.

Worst medical experience of my life. They treated me like I had a contagious disease. My appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Stella Heredia, but I never even got the chance to see her because of the humiliating and discriminatory treatment I received at this clinic. After waiting 3 months for this appointment, the medical assistant treated me as if I had a contagious disease. When I mentioned I was pregnant, he reacted inappropriately, left the room with no explanation, and came back only to tell me that they “could not see me” and that I should return “after the pregnancy.” Even worse, he told me to leave the room in a very rude and disrespectful way, with an attitude that was cold, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I was there for a thyroid check, something a primary care doctor (including Dr. Heredia) absolutely CAN and SHOULD manage during pregnancy. Instead of receiving care, I was sent away with no alternatives, no explanation, and deep concern for my health and my baby’s well-being. I left crying, feeling discriminated against, unprotected, and completely disrespected. I do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. Their treatment of patients is inhumane, irresponsible, and dangerous.

Dr. Vazquez has always been so kind and helpful during every single visit of mine. This location has always been easy to work with, from the very front desk all the way to the back where Dr. Vazquez is located. The lab(s) center is always easily accessible and not ever busy when I have been there. The lady back in the lab is so sweet! I always feel very welcome whenever I am at this location. The staff are well versed in customer service and make sure that you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Vazquez and this Community Health Centers location!

Absolutely incredible staff the check in receptionist was very helpful I was a little late and she did her best to help keep my appointment, check out receptionist was great too accommodating the best appointments for my future visits, Dr. Joan DeRiggs was very professional and clear, and last but not least the nurse Stephanie was absolutely, amazing, incredible, and joyful attitude so early in the morning she has the most positive energy and made me feel heard, even helped me get blood work same day while in the facility. Very professional looking forward to my next visit.
