I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anisa Patail. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain every part of my eye exam in a way that was easy to understand. She never made me feel rushed and carefully listened to all of my questions and concerns, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire appointment. Her genuine compassion and attention to detail really stood out. In addition to providing excellent care, Dr. Patail also helped me choose a pair of frames that fit my face and style perfectly. She made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the time and care she put into helping me. I highly recommend Dr. Patail to anyone looking for an optometrist who is professional, attentive, and truly cares about her patients.

Dr Anisha Patel is simply wonderful ! I came in regarding a stye due to discomfort in my left eye. She was able to quickly diagnose that I had an infection and would need immediate relief. Without hesitation she prescribed me the correct medication and I was able to receive treatment within the hour ! If it wasn’t for her urgency I could have potentially lost sight in my eye ! She has been wonderful and supportive during my recovery and follow up treatment. Thank you for care and attentiveness Dr. Patel ! It is much appreciated

Went on Friday July 17th at 9am the staff was absolutely fantastic! The were efficient and kind. All the staff. Dr. Patel was very caring and right to the point when Discussing options. Went to make my next appointment but they didn’t have anything till late August. They took my information just in case somebody canceled that Monday the 20th. They called me asking if I can come in cause somebody canceled. Very impressive that they remember. Call somebody when they cancel. The facility was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this location in Clermont.

Friendly staff all around. Front desk welcomed me upon arrival and explained all the paperwork and billing. Dr. Patail and Crystal very thorough and explained everything found on exam. Stacy very helpful with frame selection and options. My visit was enjoyable from start to finish.

I am truly delighted with this place. The service is excellent, everyone is genuinely kind, and their dedication really shows. After my son’s eye exam, Kimberly assisted us in the optical department and was incredibly helpful. She explained benefits I was not aware of and was always attentive and receptive to our questions. I truly appreciate her wonderful assistance and highly recommend this office.
