PS Eyecare next to Target

Stopped by Target Optical on 07/20/26 at about 10AM and I needed assistance with my glasses frames a screw fell out and I was not able to use my glasses. Rob was excellent he assisted me with installing a new screw and of course taking the one I had out of the frames and replacing it with the correct size screw. Truly appreciate Rob for his assistance or my trip to Orlando would not have been as exciting due to me not being able to enjoy sightseeing with my glasses 🤓. Again Thanks 🙏🏽 Target for Rob in your optical vision department definitely great customer service.

I had such a great experience here! One of the screws on my glasses went missing and I honestly wasn’t sure what to do - so I came in for help. From the moment I walked in I was greeted so kindly and made to feel welcomed. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be okay and that it was an easy fix. What really stood out to me was how she never made me feel like I was a burden or that my issue was a bother. She was patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the kindness and excellent service I received. Thank you for making a small stressful moment feel so easy and positive for me!

A friendly and helpful team that provided excellent service with great prices and a swift turnaround. They made sure the glasses fit our 8 year old son’s face and took the time to talk to him as well. Highly recommend!

I really want to say that my experience there at Optical it was wonderful. The staff there were very professional, kind and understanding. Andres helped me so much trying to pick frames for me, thanks to him and his other colleague I made a good choice. I will continue to go there for my eye exams. Oh and the doctor she was amazing too.

Rebecca was just wonderful! We had a crisis with my father’s glasses and she fixed them in seconds. Such a lovely staff member, we are only sad we do not have this opticians closer to home!
