I receive ALL my treatments at this specific facility. I am so happy with the growth oh CHI. My mental, PCP, dental, etc all in one location. Wasn’t set appointments and they are accommodating. Oh and the pharmacist is super quick, cheap or free AND they deliver your meds FREE! But I have to shout out Lindsay in dental registry. They rescheduled my appointment and I wasn’t notified and I was in pain. Ms. Lindsay got me an emergency appointment on the spot and I was taken care of. I always tell ppl CHI is like a mini Baptist now and they are growing! Thank you LINSDAY in Dental.

Dr. Pratt is highly recommended. He’s very caring towards my son. He’s charismatic, soft spoken, makes your child feel comfortable so they can confide on him. He’s professional at the same time & very reliable. If you want a nice Doctor for your child he is the one ☝️to get. Everyone at Doris ison location is quite nice & welcoming including the Pharmacist. Thanks guys 🫶🏽

I am currently at this location, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my mother and I received from the front desk employee.When we arrived, the employee was sitting in her car, leaving the front desk unattended with no one available to assist customers. We were left waiting for a long time before anyone acknowledged us. Even after she came inside, we continued to wait much longer than necessary without any explanation or apology. Once she finally started helping us, she had a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude throughout the entire interaction. She never greeted us, never smiled, and made us feel like we were a burden simply for being there. My mother and I remained polite and respectful the entire time, yet we were treated with unnecessary disrespect. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Customers should never have to wait because an employee is sitting in their car instead of attending the front desk, and they certainly should not be treated with such disrespect once they are finally helped. I hope management reviews this incident, including any available security footage, and takes appropriate action so that no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.

He courteously greeted me, promptly acknowledged my appointment time, and provided clear reassurance regarding the schedule, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. During the consultation, both Dr. Philippe and Mr. Bataille exhibited an exemplary level of patient-centered care. They took considerable time to comprehensively explain all procedures, patiently addressed every question I had, and proactively alleviated any concerns with remarkable clarity and empathy. Their collaborative approach ensured that I felt fully informed and respected throughout my visit. The combined efforts of Dr. Philippe and Mr. Bataille provided an experience that was not only highly satisfactory but truly impressive. Their commitment to patient well-being and their meticulous attention to detail are a testament to their professionalism, and I believe their contributions significantly enhance the quality of care provided by the institution.

I loved Dr. Richard! He was very professional, kind, and sweet. He made me feel comfortable, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and answered all of my questions. Shafon at the front desk was also incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. This is the best CHI location I’ve been to, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care. 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
