Coming into this office today for the first time was like a breath of fresh air. It was 101° today and I sat comfortably in a cool office with a very thorough, professional staff. The wait time was meh, but honestly my own time management made up for that because I didn't make any other plans. Dr. Barry is a great listener and her nurses are on the ball. Esther is a great vampire. One stick and done. I'm grateful. Congratulations to myself on finding better physician.

Josie is one of the top 3 Practioners I have had in the past 35 years. She is patient, resourceful, kind, gentle, very bright and is really invested in helping me eat better and become healthier. I never feel shame when talking to her about my failures. She’s wonderful! Vivian Hernandez

The staff here is always so kind and welcoming and non judgmental. Few doctors’ offices truly feel like safe spaces, but the staff here has worked hard to achieve a safe and welcoming environment for their patients. Special shoutout to Esther, Suzette, and Dr. Gladys! The team here is phenomenal and deserves all the praise in the world - you will be in the best possible hands for your care :)

Hate that there is no direct way to contact any of these offoces especially of you need some paperwork filled out in a timely manner . Doesn’t matter if you go in and bring it or email it to them . Always takes 2 weeks or more for them to send anything back . The service and the wait isn’t too bad when it comes to seeing a patient but if you need a refill on something you’re waiting as well because like i said its a hotline and your sending message through a main line hoping they get back to you the same day . Considering switching to a more direct office That can cater to urgency as much as i like Dr. benjamin for my son its really a headache.

I have been a patient of Caribbean Health for well over a decade at this point, and can attest to the amount of love, warmth, solidarity, and kindness shown by the staff here at times. However, lately my life has been a living hell, and I am truly only alive because of the grace of God. Spiritually God puts the right people in our lives when we truly need them. Peter H. is one of the people God blessed me with having the opportunity to learn what caring about others truly looks like. Peter works at the front desk generally, but he treats everyone like family. I have seen him work tirelessly to not only support, but protect patients, and staff alike, with no distinction in how he treats one compared to the other. He has not only made an effort to make me feel safe while I have lived through a crisis that was completely unimaginable to me before this year, but has done anything it took to save my life. I wouldn't still be alive if it wasn't for him going out of his way to ensure that others can't harm me, whom have been entrusted to by law, and by God. By God I mean family. Immediate family. He has treated me better than my immediate estranged family has for my entire life. Whenever I call, or come in person, Peter lends his ear, provides advice, and kind words. He warms my soul when I feel like there's no reason to keep going in this life at times. Peter from perspective deserves a raise, promotion, unlimited vacation time, and is a shining example of what it means to be a good man, exceptionally good worker, and overall a Godly being. May God bless Peter, and the entire staff at this center for their tireless efforts to serve the Afro-Caribbean community. I am grateful & humbled by his patience, service, warmth, and efforts in providing me with everything I need irrespective of how challenging my requests are due to the real-time crisis I have barely survived this year.
