I'll start with the wait time: 90 seconds. Cynthia, the medical assistant, is friendly, helpful, and full of accurate information. She signed me in, did an EKG, printed out referrals, and added my pharmacy of choice. Sara Burnbaum, the Nurse Practitioner, is wonderful. Warm, engaging, invested in my care, knowledgeable, took her time and answered questions. The visit was smooth, my time was valued and I was treated with care and respect.

Dr Blitz and Dr” Rod” are the best. Their skill and experience managed to diagnose pneumonia only by using their stethoscopes. Their diagnosis was proven correct after getting a chest xray. Because of their thorough examination and quick prescription of antibiotics, my pneumonia is almost gone. Can’t speak highly enough of them.

Dr. Matthews combines a professional demeanor with thorough knowledge and expertise, while relating to his patients in a caring, personal manner. He didn’t seem to be rushed and answered all my questions in a courteous way. He also brought up some important items related to my health which I had not thought about.

The Dermatology Department provides outstanding care from start to finish. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and always willing to answer every question with patience and clarity. I felt truly listened to and supported throughout the entire process, which built a great sense of trust. The facilities are spotless and modern, creating a comfortable and safe environment. The medical attention was first-class: accurate diagnoses, clear explanations, and a human touch that really makes the difference. I highly recommend this department for the quality of its specialists, the warm approach, and the excellence in skin care. Without a doubt, it is a place where you feel you are in the best hands.

Best place I've been to hands down. Staff,billing, etc all go above and beyond and have helped me countless times over the years. Appreciate everything they do and thank them so much. God bless 🙏.
