I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and the staff at Complete Eye Care today. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and kind, and helped me consider other options such as implantable contact lenses. Her staff was also professional and I appreciated the upfront price transparency on the exam and procedures. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ashe is incredible, truly the best of the best! She is always so understanding and takes concerns to heart. The staff here is always friendly and seem to truly love their job while caring for patients. Amazing office doing great work!
Everyone that took care of me was so kind and helpful. Angie in the front office with her welcoming smile and professional knowledge that made the intake process actually pleasant. Dr Ashe was so friendly and knowledgeable but yet knew exactly how to relay information in everyday language so you would have no problem understanding. She made sure everything she was telling me made sense to me and I really appreciated that. This will definitely be my new home for the care of my eyes for years to come.
I am very pleased with Complete Eye Care. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I chose Dr Lee. She is the epitome of both professionalism and kindness. They have a device that provides a "map" of your retina. It is very detailed, and Dr Lee walked me through everything I needed to know. You can view your optic nerve, blood vessels, even the masses responsible for "floaters". Simply amazing. Then I was taken to the Optical department to select my glasses. These ladies were so helpful. They caught things that they ,thought were a little distracting. After they were finished, I had a very nice looking pair of glasses. I asked for their opinions so don't think they were just making unsolicited remarks. I actually had a good time...start to finish.
Dr. Marcuson always has a great job. She always listens to my concerns and creates a great plan to address my concerns. Her staff is very helpful. A great place to receive care for your eyes. She is honest about options for my situation and gave me good counsel .
